Undercoat Floor Sealer (1 Gallon)

UNDERCOAT floor sealer reduces floor maintenance costs by sealing floors with a tough, acrylic polymer layer that eliminates porous floor absorption of wax or finish. This will increase the coverage rate and adhesion of the wax or finish. UNDERCOAT improves the bonding of MAGNA GLOSS 25 that is to be applied to the floor surface. This sealing operation will enhance the luster, prolong wear, and increase durability of the finished surface. UNDERCOAT is the base for MAGNA GLOSS 25 to provide the "wet look" that is desired.Typical coverage is 1,200 - 2,000 sq. ft. per gallon. Application rate will vary depending on surface and application method. Surface Preparation: If necessary, floor should be stripped free of old wax or finish. Scrub floor thoroughly with a good detergent or neutral cleaner such as Detco’s Kwik Mop. Rinse well with clear water and allow to dry thoroughly. Application Procedure: Apply a thin, even coat of sealer with a rayon mop or microfiber applicator. Allow at least 30 minutes of dry time. 2 to 3 coats are recommended for optimum performance.
